Shea Holmes, a U.S. Armed Forces veteran, founded Black Compass, LLC in 2018, after serving our country and receiving a number of college degrees, she has piqued interest in real estate investing. This Founder and CEO, has years of experience in providing initial client contact, establishing client need, demonstrating proper follow up procedures, and ensuring client satisfaction. While pursuing, both, her BS in General Studies and BA in Applied Psychology, at City University of Seattle, she worked as a leasing consultant, helping manage over 100 townhomes, for a leading private equity real estate asset management corporation. Now that she has completed her Master of Arts in Counseling, with City University of Seattle, she is now more equipped than ever, with extensive communication and customer service skills in a wide variety of dynamic situations and multicultural environments.
